Early August 2006: San Pedro Flow at Redington Bridge

This chart below, copied on August 10, 2006 from the continuously updated website that can be followed at this link -- Current San Pedro River Flow at Redington Bridge -- shows clearly a series of sudden pulses, indicating flash floods coming from local side-washes upstream from Redington -- sometime before midnight on August 07 (the night flood in Hot Springs Canyon), the Kelsey Wash flood the evening of August 08 described by Daniel Baker, and yet another large pulse near midnight August 09 (also coming from Hot Springs Canyon). This shows the value of monitoring the website linked above during our stormiest weather periods (like this one), together with the website Immediate Statistics for Our Area.
